On the palate, rich tropical fruit and citrus flavours are perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity, delivering a beautifully refined finish. This wine expands on Jules' love for Sauvignon Blanc in all guises.

This wine explodes on the nose with a fruit salad of peach, nectarine, melon and pear combining with honey, spice and floral notes for an intense and inviting array of aromas. The palate is elegant, dry and concentrated with ripe, tropical and stone fruit flavours and delicious textural creaminess from the wild fermentation. It is a charming mouthful, concluding in a long, smooth finish.

Fragrant notes of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit and white peach jump out of the glass, followed by hints of lemongrass and thyme. This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Concentrated citrusy notes of lime zest, passionfruit and white peach combine with a lick of wet stones. The palate is dry and gives way to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering finish.

The smell of summer in a glass: loads of ripe raspberries, strawberries, watermelon and nectarines sit alongside yummy hints of vanilla and peach melba yoghurt.
