This beautiful single malt whisky has been maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels. While quietly ageing in their seaside bond store in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish.
