A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand's pre-eminent growing areas - Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. The winemakers tasted throughout the ferment to ensure they stopped it when the wine achieved the perfect balance of flavours.

Waipara consistently delivers grapes with great intensity and depth of aroma and flavour. Camshorn Riesling is no exception, producing a stunning wine that exemplifies the terroir. A portion of nobly botrytic fruit has produced a distinctive style of wine.
