Babydoll's BABYDOLL sheep live beneath the vines, nibbling on grass and weeds and giving their name to these delicious wines. Small but mighty, they're wonderful groundskeepers. Yes, they need a little help to keep the mowing going. But it's all for the good of the grapes.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand's pre-eminent growing areas - Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. The winemakers tasted throughout the ferment to ensure they stopped it when the wine achieved the perfect balance of flavours.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

The Bijou Terre de Providence Rosé is a delicately still wine featuring bright aromas of berries, floral honeysuckle and citrus. The palate is light and crisp, rolling over the tongue with frivolity, and ending on a smooth finish.

Our Bogle Chardonnay is the epitome of a hand-crafted wine: with passion for both the art and science of making wine, our winemakers have created a Chardonnay using 50% barrel fermentation aged for 9 months in new American oak barrels. This wine is certified sustainable by the California Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing and proudly bears the symbol on the label.

Made in a light refreshing style, and alive with aromas of freshly crushed grapes and musk. In the mouth the wine is alive with a vibrant and mouth-filling fruit flavour. This lively and fresh wine has a mild frizzante bubble on the finish. Best enjoyed chilled.

Brown Brothers Strawberries and Cream is inspired by the taste of summer, this Limited Edition combines the Brown Brothers best-selling Moscato with a hint of sun-ripened strawberries, jam, and vanilla cream. It is clean, fresh and balanced on the palate. Served well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Fresh lifted aromatics and classic botrytis notes of orange marmalade, citrus and honey make this beloved Noble Riesling the award-winning wine it is. Complex, rich, elegant, and sweet, 'Noble Rot' has been a long tradition at Brown Brothers, made in honour of the family's matriarch with handpicked grapes from their Milawa vineyards. A dessert-lover's drink of choice, enjoy this wine with vanilla bean and salted caramel semifreddo, or a baked lemon cheesecake. For something savoury and light pair with blue or washed-rind cheeses, sliced pear, and crackers.

Waipara consistently delivers grapes with great intensity and depth of aroma and flavour. Camshorn Riesling is no exception, producing a stunning wine that exemplifies the terroir. This wine opens with aromas of lime, apple and orange blossom.The palate is pure and intense, with a strong citrus core and fresh acidity. The wine comes across as dry, but the touch of residual sugar dials the fruit flavours up to 11, which are tempered with a clean minerality and pithy edge. The wine finishes long, with a ripe citrus impression.
