This wine explodes on the nose with a fruit salad of peach, nectarine, melon and pear combining with honey, spice and floral notes for an intense and inviting array of aromas. The palate is elegant, dry and concentrated with ripe, tropical and stone fruit flavours and delicious textural creaminess from the wild fermentation. It is a charming mouthful, concluding in a long, smooth finish.

This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Concentrated citrusy notes of lime zest, passionfruit and white peach combine with a lick of wet stones. The palate is dry and gives way to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering finish.

A harmonious, beautifully balanced Riesling, made in a dry style that is extraordinarily versatile with food. This well-rounded Riesling is the dry counterpart to the lightly sweet Dr. L Riesling. Together, these two wines provide a glimpse into the unique stylistic diversity of Riesling, capturing the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards.

Balance is the golden rule with the Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rosé. The musts undergo very little racking, in order to develop the wine's volume, yet maintain its freshness. 100% pressed rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. Ideal for an aperitif, or accompanying a number of summer style dishes.

The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling, yet balanced with refreshing acidity that complements its lingering dry finish. Vegan Friendly.
