Selected batches of fruit from premium South Australian Shiraz vineyards are brought together in a well-structured wine displaying attractive berry and spice characters supported by subtle creamy oak and finishing with fine, velvety tannins.

The Wolf Blass expert winemakers knowledge and dedication has been applied to creating this pioneering zero range, using their exceptional South Australian fruit. Aromas of wild white strawberries, pink musk, ciabatta crust and rose petals. On the palate, refreshing and crisp red apple acidity with a touch of strawberries and cream.

Aromas of cut grass, asparagus, tropical notes and citrus. On the palate, good crisp acid with citrus flavours, tropical fruits with a touch of sweetness to fill out and balance.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of pear, stonefruit and pineapple with white peach, apricot and a touch of pink grapefruit on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine. It has a perfumed nose of darks fruits, violets and liquorice with a hint of spice. Ripe berry, plum, cherry and chocolate show on the palate with a long sweet fruit finish. A great example of one of the best Central Otago Pinot Noirs. Drinking fantastically well now and will develop and cellar for several years.

A moreish Barossa Shiraz that is approachable, full-bodied and fleshy. Deep and brooding with aromas of dark fruits, red spices, anise and ripe cherries, the palate flows with even texture towards a soft finish.

Aromas of crème brülee, vanilla bean, honeysuckle, luscious lime pie and a hint of pineapple. A heady palate of toasty oak, baked apples, poached pears and spice.
