In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - unique, extraordinary, and remarkable, all bottled and labelled by local hands at the distillery.

Cazcabel Tequila is created in an independent distillery in the town of Atotonilco El Alto, located in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains in Mexico. Cazcabel Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled Blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. The tequila is sampled every week and the ageing process can last up to 11 months depending on taste.

Blended then aged for 12 years in oak barrels, this has a full yet smooth character with hints of spice and vanilla. Canadian Club Classic's quality is exemplified in the winning of a double-gold medal at the prestigious 2003 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
