Pinot Noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant with a dash of spice. The addition of Waiheke Island Syrah adds a tannic structure to the gin while maintaining a slight sweetness on the front palate.

Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit.
