Selaks The Taste Collection is a celebration of the generous and distinct flavours that have made Selaks wines so extraordinary and sought after for over 80 years.

On the nose are aromas of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, subtle creaminess and a hint of smoke. This is a flavourful, multidimensional Chardonnay with a core of ripe stone fruit and fragrant citrus. The palate is supple and soft, with gentle acidity providing freshness and balance.

Pale straw with lime green hints. A classic rich Chardonnay nose with aromas of ripe stone fruits and poached pears combined with hints of biscuit and toasted almonds from barrel maturation. A warm rich palate with luscious stone fruit flavours, great texture and power, yet finishes clean and crisp.
